The Rannoch Looper (Macaria brunneata) is a moth of the family Geometridae. It is found throughout Europe.

The wingspan is 25–30 mm. The length of the forewings is 11–13 mm. The moth flies from June to July [1].

The caterpillars feed on bilberry.
